Welcome to my laundry service! In 2022 I set out on this thrilling adventure driven by a desire to help my friends and neighbors reclaim their valuable time and offer assistance to those that are facing changing or challenging life circumstances.

 

 

With 40+ years of laundry experience and a dedication to caring for each household's laundry like I did for my own family, my goal is to foster a trustworthy and reliable service for my customers. Whether you’re looking to help someone out with a gift card, support a family member in need, reclaim a bit of mental serenity, an extra date night, space in the calendar for family activities or some quiet time with a good book, my team and I are here to support you in every way possible!

As an introduction to the team let me preface that each one of my team members are dedicated to the vision I have for my business. Each team member goes through training in "THE LAUNDRY LADY WAY" to create a model for the laundry industry is head and shoulders above most services. From laundry folding standards to machine care to customer service expectations... we cover all bases so you can have complete peace of mind when sending out your laundry.

If you still have concerns, let me share a bit about myself so you can get to know me! I was born and raised in Colorado, right at the base of the Rocky Mountains, where I grew up doing all the mountain activities you'd expect—skiing, 4x4 adventuring, fishing, motorcycle riding, and camping, to name a few. But I also have a romantic side, which shines through in my love for music.

After graduation, I joined the Air Force and proudly served overseas as a Security Police Specialist during Desert Storm and Desert Shield. Following my honorable discharge, I stepped into the role of a stay-at-home mom to our four children. My husband and I have lived in many wonderful places across the U.S. and Europe, but we’ve called Virginia home for quite some time now.

Our children are all grown now and building amazing lives of their own; we are proud parents to an accomplished artist, a legislative assistant for military member policy, a decorated Navy Sailor, and an IT small business owner. Now that the nest is empty, I’ve decided to dedicate this third stage of my life to serving others—a calling I've carried with me as an Armed Forces veteran, a follower of Jesus, and a wife and mom to a truly fabulous family (somewhat in that order!).
