​Can I drop my laundry off?

• No, we are a pick up & delivery service only.

How do I book a service?

• You can book your service directly from my website thelaundryladyllc/scheduleapickup 

•  Or download our software app from your app store. the App is CleanCloud dry-cleaning and Laundry.

• Our store is: "The Laundry Lady LLC  - RVA" in Midlothian, VA.

• Once you have created your account you have our schedule at your fingertips.

Do I have to be available for Pick up and Delivery?

• No, while we do love to meet our customers in person we understand about busy schedules.

• Porch pick up and delivery is perfectly acceptable.

How long does it take to get my laundry order back?

• We do a next day turn around in most cases.

• Delivery hours are either between 9am-12pm or 5pm-7pm. 

• For orders above 60 lbs please plan for a 2 or more business day turnaround.

• We will notify you about the extension.

• Some exceptions to this do apply and we would talk directly to you about.

Can I send anything to be laundered?

• We take all household & Business laundry with some exceptions.

• We DO NOT take:

               -  rugs larger than a bathmat,

               -  curtains,

               -  sleeping bags

              -  any laundry with excessive pet hair, blood, urine, feces, mold, vomit or food. 

                   (these are returned unlaundered).

•  These items are more suited to be done in commercial laundry equipment such as a Laundromat or Dry-Cleaner would have.

How can I tell how much my laundry will weigh?

• A 13 gallon kitchen trash bag hold between 10-13 lbs of laundry.

• use this method to determine approximate weight of your first order. 

• Our premium laundry totes can hold a maximum of 30 lbs of laundry.

How do I pay?

• When booking your order you will be asked to put a Credit Card or Debit Card on your account.

•  Our business does not have access to your credit card information EVER.

• Your payment information is fully encrypted and securely stored by our software partner, CleanCloud, utilizing Adyen—the industry-leading, PCI-compliant payment processor used by millions of global businesses.

• After your Laundry order is packed for delivery you will receive an email about your cleaned order to include delivery times and final weight.

• This final email will also have the amount to be charged to your credit card/debit card.

• An Invoice will be generated and it will autopay using your CC/DC on file and you will then receive the paid, detailed invoice for your records.
