1. Pack Your Bags: Put your laundry in any disposable bag (trash bags work great!) for your first pickup. We’ll return your fresh clothes in clear, clean dry cleaner bags. if you are a repeating customer we supply complimentary, reusable The Laundry Lady LLC - RVA laundry tote bag.
2. The Hand-Off: Leave your bags on your porch, by your door, or hand them to our driver. You’ll get a push notification and email when we’re on our way and a confirmation when your clothes are safely loaded.
3. Fresh & Folded Delivery: Next day delivery if under 60 lbs, and your laundry is delivered back to your doorstep—beautifully folded, smelling amazing, and ready to put away.

Signature Wash & Fold: $2.15 per pound.
Minimum Order: $ 25.00
How to Estimate Weight: Hint: A standard, full laundry basket equals 1 full kitchen trash bag and is about 10–15 lbs. ($21.50-$32.25)
Pickup & Delivery: $5.00 per order to help our Contract drivers with gas money. The driver receives 100% of the deliver fee.
Tips: All tips go 100% to the Laundry team member doing your laundry. Gratuities are always welcome and deeply appreciated.
Peace of Mind: Your laundry is weighed after its cleaned. You will receive a digital receipt with the exact weight as soon as it is processed.

Why do we require a card on file? To make your pickup and delivery completely hands-free! You do not need to be home or worry about exchanging cash or checks with our drivers.
No Upfront Charges: Your card will not be charged today. We only process payment after your laundry has been picked up, professionally weighed, and completed.

Special Instructions: Have delicate items, air-dry garments, or tough stains? Put them in a separate, labeled small bag inside your main bag and write "Special Instructions" in the note section on your account.

Your Clothes are Safe & Separate! We never mix your garments with anyone else's. Every order is washed and dried completely solo in machines that are sanitized between every client.
Professional Contract Drivers. Our friendly drivers are fully background-checked and vetted. You will receive a push notification and email when the driver is on the way for pickup with an eta so you're always in the loop.

Do I need to sort my clothes? Nope! Leave the sorting to us. Just check your pockets for coins, pens, or receipts before handing your bags over.
What if I'm not home? No problem at all. Just use the "Driver Notes" section in the form below to tell us where to safely find your bags (e.g., Front Porch, Back Deck, Side Gate). you will receive a push notification and email confirmation when we pick up and drop off.
How do I pay? When you book your order you will add a credit card to your account that will be charged after your laundry is cleaned, folded and weighted.
